英語で『合気道』／Aikido in English

On December 16th, in HELLO Village, “Aikido in English” was held.
Jacques Payet, who is the founder and head instructor of Aikido Mugenjuku, and other instructors there taught us Aikido. Aikido is a Japanese martial art which doesn’t rely on muscles and strength, but concentrates the power of the whole body. There are no winners or losers in Aikido.
The participants learned the basic posture, movements, and how to throw the other person without using muscle strength. They practiced many times and they were able to experience the essence of Aikido.

12月16日、英語で「合気道」イベントが実施されました。
フランス出身の合気道の師範、ジャックパイエ先生を中心とした無限塾の講師の先生方が合気道を教えてくれました。合気道では勝者も敗者もいません。基本の姿勢から、簡単な動きや力を入れずに相手を倒す方法等を教えてくれました。参加者はほとんど今まで合気道をやったことがない人ばかりでしたが、ひとつひとつの動きを体験しながら合気道に触れることができました。
